Non-Resident Fees: A "Non-Resident" fee is charged for individuals who qualify to be buried in our district but live outside the district boundaries, Non-Resident fees are listed under "Additional Fees" on the price list.
Pre-Need: Pre-Need purchase contracts require advance payment of the "Initial Intermet Fee" and the "Initial Endowment Contribution" to reserve rights to a lot. Remaining service fees will not be accepted in advance and will be due at time of interment at then current pricing. Payment terms on Pre-Need contracts are accepted. Payment terms require the Endowment Care Fee be paid as the down payment, the remaining balance payable in 12 equal monthly payments or less.
Corning Cemetery District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Corning Cemetery District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
